ABOUT GETHSEMANE

Our Mission at Gethsemane Baptist Church is to reach out to the growing community and share the love of Christ.
To minister to the needs of others through fellowship, teaching the ways of Christ and providing a place of worship where all are welcome.

OUR FIRST GOAL

To build upon the Lord’s Word a loving atmosphere and united spirit within the body of Christ,
enabling Christians to grow physically, emotionally, spiritually and to support and encourage one another.

OUR SECOND GOAL

To make this church a home where each member can:

  • Worship the Lord in Holiness
  • Be taught the Word of God in Truth
  • Gain Strength in and through the Ministries
  • Become thoroughly equipped for every good work
  • Be uplifted by the fellowship of God’s People
OUR THIRD GOAL

To extend the Church Ministries into the Community through Evangelistic Outreach,
by using the various gifts of our membership, without forcing anyone into a ministry where they do not fit.
